Randall is in New York for the summer doing his internship, on a recent excursion touring various parts of the city, he found himself at B&H. We all know how functional and user friendly their Website is… now visualize the same experience in the context of local Walmart Super Center!

The biggest difference however would be that it takes about 4-5 B&H employees to eventually get lens cleaning tissue to you (not out of incompetence mind you), where as at Wal-Mart it takes about 2 employees to buy a corn dog.
